In order to do some night-time photography I had to correct my aperture, shutterspeed and ISO as I was shooting on manual. I began with a low ISO of 100 and an aperture of F8, I began by trying the shutter speed on 1/7.3, this was over exposed and left light trails and blurriness. I then switched it to bulb and changed the aperture to F6.3, part of the image was in focus but the street lights and car lights were still blurry. I began to experiment a little to get the hang of things, changing the settings as I saw fitting, Putting the aperture on F7.1 and the shutter speed to 1/10, this image included more of the background and foreground creating a brighter image with a larger depth of field. I began to experiment on different areas of the pier, different lightings, to understand camera settings more (see below, all manual).
